Allergies and intolerances
If this is relevant for you, we kindly ask you to inform us of your allergies, intolerances and special dietary requirements before your arrival. The 14 most important allergens are labeled accordingly at our buffet. If you have any questions, please contact our specialist staff in the service or kitchen. A small range of products (bread rolls, bread, pudding, soy milk, Minus L milk, butter) is available for people with lactose and gluten allergies, which you can order from the service staff. As a precaution, we would also like to point out to our guests with allergies and intolerances that our food and drinks may contain traces of allergens. We will be happy to prepare your allergy meal separately in our kitchen if we can. We charge a flat rate of €3 for this.
Bathrobes
Bathrobes for adults can be borrowed from reception for a fee of €5.00. We also lend towels for the bathing & sauna area for a fee of €1.50 and sauna towels for €2.30.
Barrier-free rooms
We offer three wheelchair-accessible rooms. These are located on the upper floors. Our house is equipped with two elevators for the room area. Our foyer with bar area is barrier-free, as is access to the restaurant area (separate elevator for ground floor and 1st floor)
Please note that access to the Eibenstock bathing gardens (swimming pool area) is not barrier-free and is therefore only possible via the main entrance to the " Badegärten ".
Check in and check out
Your room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage in the hotel's luggage room until you can check into your room.
Use of the " Badegärten " Eibenstock at the hotel rate via our hotel bathrobe corridor is only possible when you have checked into your room.
If you would like to visit the " Badegärten " Eibenstock before you move into your room, you can go through the main entrance (at the out-of-house rate) and check in with us after your completed bathing or sauna stay.
Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
On the day of departure we ask you to check out until 11 am.
E-charging points for electric cars and e-bike charging stations
Are you traveling with an electric car? Use our four e-charging points. We also offer charging stations for our guests with an e-bike.
Use our bike room to store your bikes.
Breakfast & Dinner
A large breakfast buffet is included in our room rates. For bookings with half board, a varied evening buffet with various starters, main courses, salads and desserts awaits you in the evening. You can include half-board with your booking or book it on site at the hotel.
Breakfast: 7:00 am - 10:30 am
Dinner: 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
The price does not include take-away food for consumption outside the restaurant. You are also welcome to order a packed lunch.
We also offer an extensive lunch buffet or you can enjoy sweet temptations and savory snacks at our bistro bar with adjoining summer terrace.
Loan service for baby monitor, buggy, handcart, sledge
We offer free rental of baby monitors, buggies, handcarts and sledges.
Lunch package
Are you hiking or cycling all day? We can prepare a packed lunch of your choice.
Non-smoking rooms
Please note that all rooms are non-smoking rooms. We charge a special cleaning fee of €130 for non-compliance with the smoking ban in the room.
Smoking is possible in our smoking lounge in the bar area or on the terrace.
Parking space
Sufficient parking spaces are available free of charge on the hotel grounds. The barrier opens automatically at the entrance. You will receive further information at check-in.
Traveling with a dog
Your four-legged family member (“family-compatible dog breed”) is very welcome here. Prior registration is required.
For hygienic reasons not possible in apartments with baby equipment.
Important information when traveling with a dog:
- maximum of one dog per room
- we charge 15€ per night
- not on upholstered furniture and beds (you can borrow a dog blanket from reception)
- keep your dog on a leash in the public hotel areas
- Seating at mealtimes in the market restaurant, not in the banquet hall (family area with stage)

Cancellation options
Cancellation conditions when booking half board, full board plus or a package (except Christmas and New Year's Eve package):
Cancellations up to 10 days before arrival (6 pm) are free of charge. Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival (6 pm) are subject to a fee and will be charged at 50% of the total amount of the booking.
If canceled later or in case of no-show, 60% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation conditions for bookings for bed and breakfast only:
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival (6 pm) are free of charge. Later cancelations or no-shows are subject to a fee and will be charged at 90% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellation conditions when booking a Christmas or New Year's Eve package:
Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival (6 pm) are free of charge. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival (6 pm) are subject to a fee and will be charged at 50% of the total amount of the booking.
If canceled later or in case of no-show, 60% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation of your booking will only be accepted in writing.
Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in the event of cancellation. Please note that we will charge you any cancellation fees that may be incurred.
Full board plus
Full board PLUS serves as an extension to half board already booked or included. It can only be booked for the entire stay in the hotel and for all occupants of a room. The minimum stay for this is 3 nights. The full board PLUS extends an existing half board with the following services:
- Buffet lunch
- Coffee break with coffee / tea / cocoa and cake from the buffet
- selected soft drinks, beer and table wine with lunch and dinner (during the advertised meal times)
- first service on the day of arrival: coffee and cake
- last service on the day of departure: breakfast buffet
Laundrette
You have the possibility to use our launderette (washing machine and dryer) for a fee. (Keys and washing tokens are available at reception).
Payment options
No deposit is required. You can pay the amount on site in cash or by EC card, Visa or Mastercard.
Newspapers and mail service
You can buy daily newspapers, postcards and stamps at reception. You are welcome to return the postcards to us and we will be happy to send them to you.
